Hey! Long time no see. I thought I'd better look at my messages on here, and POOF, I find this! Wooooow, that's all I can say! It must've been over two years ago when I last saw your art, and gosh, this is amazing! The Meev! I still fail with Photoshop, my portraits (though admittedly they're better than they were... I think!) don't look anything like this. I adore the eyes... x__x Heck I love the whole piece. (My Hyde portraits never turn out as good as your Meev, sigh.)
How did you get so good? You probably put more effort into your art, hehe (I have the attention span of a retarded flea). Do you know any useful tutorials? I must have a knack for finding tutorials I can't follow!
Oh boy I'm babbling. I shall put a fave on this beautiful man and skulk off now, hehe. Hope you're okay!

that was actually the first realism piece i'd done before ^_^; not tutes either LOL i'm like you, i couldn't find any good ones! so i just used a photo as a reference and went from there with my trusty tablet

normally my attention span is <1 hour, but i got totally absorbed in this piece #_#

funnily enough, the eyes were the hardest part!

i've got wip images of this piece if you'd like to have a look at them it could help if you can't finy any tutes

I'm much better than I was, thanks, hehe. Still a serial procrastinator though, and I don't think I've finished any serious art in a while now... whoops.

I'd love to see some WIPs if you don't mind sharing them! I know my way round Photoshop pretty well, I just have no method to my madness, which is why everything ends up going bye-bye. Hehe.

I really should pop in more, even if I don't put up any art. (I'm looking through my photos to see if I have any good ones of my BJD though so I might post something. Hehe.)

And yes, I did! I got my hands on a Hound (lucky me, he was my dream doll and now Dollshe stopped making them!) and had a go at a face-up (slight accident with the isopropyl alcohol when touching up his worn lips meant I ended up redoing the whole lot!) and generally having a lot of fun and cuddles with him. Hehe.
